Claudia is a product development scientist in the Snacks Division of General Mills in Minneapolis, MN. Her projects focus on new product launches of soft-baked snacks and cereal bars with brands such as Nature Valley and Fiber One. Claudia is also involved with Partners in Food Solutions, a nonprofit organization that links the expertise of food scientists from top companies to small and growing food processors in the developing world.
