Brad Riemenapp is CEO for FoodChain ID based in Fairfield, Iowa, USA. He is leading the global expansion of this integrated food safety, quality, and sustainability company via strategic acquisitions and organic growth. The company now operates in 12 countries and offers services ranging from food testing, certification, verifications, and inspections.
Prior to his current role, Brad was Global Vice President and General Manager for Covance Food Solutions. During the seven years he was at Covance the business built and acquired laboratories across the globe in the areas of microbiology, pesticide residues, nutritional analysis, mycotoxins, heavy metals, new product development, pilot plant manufacturing, sensory analysis, and consumer research.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern Universities – Kellogg School of Management.
