Raw milk from the on-campus Teaching Barn is processed in the fully licensed, Kosher OU certified Cornell Dairy processing plant.

Made with cream separated from our milk, and slow-churned in 50 lb batches, Cornell Dairy butter is simplicity at its best.  Nothing but pure, fresh cream (also available in salted).
