*For College of Agriculture and Life Sciences reservations, the first two hours are free during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.  Events outside of those times, including weekends will be charged at the regular hourly rate  per space for the entire event.

  • An account number is required to confirm your reservation.
  • For catered events or other events with food, custodial services for your event are required.  Contact Linda Howe at llh7@cornell.edu to arrange for custodial services. 
  • Some of the spaces may be combined for added capacity, and the above fees will be additive.
  • All set up (including furniture removal, rearrangement), clean up and resetting of the spaces to standard layouts following the event is the responsibility of each group’s event coordinator and will be at the group’s own expense. In the event you wish to have the furniture arrangement contracted, please submit a floor plan to Cindy Uhrovcik at clw3@cornell.edu at least three weeks prior to your event.  Arrangements will be made and charged to your department account at $35 per man-hour.
