The Geneva campus, located 50 miles northwest of Ithaca, was established in 1880 and is focused on fruit and vegetable crops. Food Science facilities in Geneva are located in the Food Research Laboratory building on the:

The Food Research building houses: 

  • 3 floors of research laboratories
  • faculty and staff offices
  • 2 pilot plants
  • a sensory facility with kitchen, 8 individual booths, and a dining room
  • 2 conference rooms
